TERMS OF SERVICE

MYP Green Real Estate Consulting Firm (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") offers residential property owners (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant") solar panel maintenance services (“Maintenance”) , home energy score assessments (herein referred to as “HESA”) and related consulting services.

1. The free HESA promotion is valid for a limited time and is subject to change or termination without notice.

2. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained within the scope of its services.

3. After the expiration or termination of the promotion, the HESA cost shall be waived only if the Participant agrees to perform recommended home improvement upgrades through the Company’s network of recommended contractors within 30 days of completion of home energy score.

4. To be eligible, the Participant must schedule and complete a HESA within the available promotional period.

5. The free HESA is applicable to residential properties only and is not transferable.

6. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

7. The HESA provided is based on the information gathered during the assessment and may not reflect future changes to the property.

8. The promotion is available only to homeowners within available areas. Check eligibility with our authorized representatives.

9. The Participant agree to allow our authorized representatives access to the property for the purpose of conducting the HESA.

10. The free HESA has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

11. The Participant are responsible for any additional services or upgrades recommended during the assessment that fall outside the scope of services outlined and performed only by the Company.

12. The Participant agrees to hold harmless the Company of any damages caused by any unforeseen circumstances arising out of the Company performing standard procedures to fulfill services.

13. The Participant is responsible for disclosing and resolving all known and unknown defects that may impact the service being conducted by the Company.

14. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. By participating in this promotion, the Participant agree to receive communications from the Company regarding the promotion and related services.

16. The company is not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or other factors that may prevent participants from taking advantage of this promotion.

17. The free HESA is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.

18. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

19. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct.

20. By participating, the Participant agree to release and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the promotion, solar installation or any services outside the scope of this promotion and consultative services.

21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

Solar Panel Maintenance

1. The Maintenance service begins with a 12-point inspection (“Evaluation”) prior to cleaning.

2. The Evaluation performed is a visual non-invasive inspection.

3. The Evaluation is designed for preventative maintenance only and not repairs of any sort.

4. After cleaning, the Company will finalize Evaluation to ensure system performance or any related issues.

5. The company is not responsible for any technical or structural issues arising after Evaluation is finalized.

6. The Participant is entitled to receive a copy of Evaluation report via text or email after completion.

7. Refund of Home Energy Score:

   In the event that there is no reduction in energy consumption from the utility grid during the specified 12-month period, the Company commits to refunding the cost to the Participant of the HESA.

8. Guarantee Waiver for Additional Components:

   The guarantee specified is waived if the HESA was redeemed as a free service or if additional components, including but not limited to a pool/hot tub, interior room, or detached units, are added to the property after the completion of the initial HESA.

9. Claim Process

   Should the Participant believe that the guaranteed reduction has not been achieved, a written claim must be submitted to the Company within 14 days of the completion of the 12-month period. The claim should include supporting documentation and evidence of energy consumption.

10. Refund Procedure

    Upon validation of a legitimate claim, the Company will promptly refund the cost of the HESA to the Participant within 30 days.

11. Limitations

    This guarantee is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the Participant who entered into this Agreement. The Company shall not be liable for reductions in energy consumption resulting from factors beyond its control, including changes in occupant behavior or external environmental conditions.
